Laz Davila (Director, Davtec) was invited to present at the CPA Congress 2008 conference held in Adelaide 19th to 21st of November.

Laz gave a presentation on the difficulties of introducing change into a corporation – where the problems are not in the technology.

The presentation went over the key problem areas as reported in recent surveys on corporations undergoing large scale changes to their internal ERP systems.

This was a topical matter and was very well received by the participants, judging by the amount of interaction and questions throughout the presentation.
